Texting. It's not just for kids anymore. On the back of our brochures, we have one of our ‘Cheat Sheets.’ In fact, I was working with a new client a few weeks ago, showing her how to use her email. When I left, I gave her the brochure. A few days later, she called me. She had to text her plumber, but she didn’t know how to text. She got a little anxious and then she remembered our brochure. She looked at it, and put the plumber’s name at the top, typed a message, tapped the Send button, and it worked! She was so happy and so was I! Just three little instructions and it was done!
